Terms & Conditions NTC11 — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Member of Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and NTC11 ("Platform", "us", "we"). By accessing the NTC11 website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any gaming service on our platform, you automatically and irrevocably accept and agree to comply with all terms set out herein.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling NTC11, all of which together form the complete agreement between you and our platform. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated in writing by NTC11.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use NTC11's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Be legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia.
• Not be listed on any active self-exclusion register of any gambling platform.
• Not using this service on behalf of another individual or business entity.
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during and after the registration process.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at NTC11. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and NTC11 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances and bonuses upon detection through our system monitoring.

During the account registration and verification process, NTC11 reserves the right to request valid identification documents — such as a MyKad, passport, or other relevant documents — to verify your identity. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension or closure of your account.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your NTC11 account username and password confidential. NTC11 will not be held responsible for any losses or damages arising from your failure to protect your account login credentials.

• Never share your NTC11 account password with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify NTC11 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an added layer of security.

NTC11 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, the security of your account also depends on your own personal security practices.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

NTC11 supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods popular among Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and online banking via FPX through Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All transactions are processed in MYR only.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit, for security and fraud prevention purposes. NTC11 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large or suspicious withdrawal amounts.

Withdrawals will only be processed once all applicable bonus rollover requirements have been fully met. Funds derived from bonuses that have not yet satisfied the rollover conditions cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled. Players are encouraged to review each bonus's rollover terms before activating it.

5. Bonus & Promotions

NTC11 offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms and eligibility requirements.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once by each account, IP address, residential address, device, or payment method.
• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members registering with NTC11 for the first time.
• All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Each bonus has a limited validity period — check the expiry date in your account panel.
• NTC11 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through unauthorised means or in breach of these terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly exchanged for cash.

6. Game Rules

You agree that:

• The outcome of all games at NTC11 is final and not subject to dispute, unless there is clear evidence of a verified technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, NTC11 will endeavour to restore the game to its last valid state. If restoration is not possible, the relevant stake will be refunded to the member's account.
• The RNG (Random Number Generator) used across all slots and RNG-based games at NTC11 has been verified and independently audited by reputable third-party organisations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the NTC11 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Use of Unauthorised Software — using bots, automated scripts, or any software designed to manipulate games or NTC11's systems.
• Collusion — colluding with other players or dealers to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Money Laundering — using the NTC11 platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activity.
• Bonus Abuse — using multiple accounts or other methods to claim bonuses beyond the permitted limit.
• Bug Exploitation — exploiting any technical flaws or software bugs found within the NTC11 system.

NTC11 operates a sophisticated monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. Any action deemed to be in violation of these terms will be thoroughly investigated and appropriate measures taken, including permanent account closure and/or reporting to the relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

NTC11 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reporting or facilitating fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request made by the member themselves.
• Legal compliance requirements or directives from the relevant authorities.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, NTC11 reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses, winnings derived from the violating activity, and where applicable, all funds in the account. In cases of non-violation-related closure (e.g. self-exclusion), any valid balance will be returned to the member once all conditions have been met.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Inaccuracies or delays in information provided by third-party game providers.

NTC11's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the date on which the liability claim is made.

11. Amendments to These Terms

NTC11 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time for business, technical, or legal reasons. When significant changes are made, we will notify members via:

• A prominent notice on the NTC11 homepage.
• Email sent to the address registered on your account (where applicable).
• A pop-up notification upon your next login to your account.

Continued use of the NTC11 platform after any amendments to these terms take effect will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you should stop using the NTC11 platform and contact us to close your account in an orderly manner.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws in force. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the NTC11 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the terms, and all other provisions shall continue to remain in full force and effect.
